K Corp. has announced the completion of construction enhancements at The Crossing at Meadowood Square, located at 6405 to 6479 S. Virginia St., in Reno.
Building upon the success of the first phase of construction, where Ski Pro and Trek Bikes received facade and entry upgrades, K Corp. has extended improvements to the remaining storefronts and buildings.
The exterior transformation to the 63,000 square foot center improves street visibility, signage, access and creates a more inviting experience for shoppers. The scope of work included upgrades to the remaining facade and store entries, with new contemporary finishes, and improved tenant signage.
The general contractor on the project was Frank Lepori Construction, the architect was Eric Sikora, and the developer was K Corp.
