Metcalf Builders announces the completion of Ruby’s Shake Shop, located at 1703 N. Virginia St., across from the University of Nevada, Reno.
The 2,300-square-foot restaurant, built on a 3,659-square-foot lot, was constructed from the ground up, featuring a masonry structure with wood trusses, a modern glass storefront, and an exterior of a brick facade, stucco, and metal wall panels.
The $2.4 million project marks the first Ruby’s Shake Shop location in Northern Nevada.
