Panattoni Development announces Red Rock 136 Building 6 has been sold to LBA Logistics.
Red Rock 136 Building 6, located at 9195 Moya Blvd., in Reno, is currently leased to Tool Source Warehouse, Inc until 2034. The building is a 136,777 square foot, newly constructed Class A distribution facility on 8.33 acres.
The project was completed in February 2024 with an estimated $15 million construction cost. Red Rock 136 features 52 foot x 50 foot column space, a clear height of 32 feet and ESFR. Alston Construction was the general contractor and Tectonics Design Group completed the architectural work.
Red Rock 136 was sold by Panattoni Development Co., and AEW. The seller was represented by Mike Nevis with Kidder Mathews.
