Solum Construction building apartments in downtown Reno

Casey Solum, founder/owner of Solum Construction, announces the firm is constructing an upscale apartment building at 126 Winter St., in Reno.

The five-story structure utilizes concreter podium construction, and when finished will add 65 luxury apartments to the Northern Nevada housing market.

Solum Construction is a general contractor with a focus on commercial, industrial and high-end residential projects.
