People: Kevin Partington named the Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2023

Basin Street Properties announced Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Kevin Partington has been named the Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2023.

A $1,500 contribution to Jenna & Patrick’s Foundation of Hope accompanies the award.

Partington is a 29-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1994 with Colliers International. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield and since then he has participated in over 786 transactions totaling more than 6.9 million square feet.

Partington was ranked the No. 1 office producer in the Sacramento region in 2019 and has consistently been a top producer in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office over the past 12 years. When not helping lead the Sacramento office real estate market, Partington is the president of Jenna & Patrick’s Foundation of Hope.

Award selection considers industry contributions, community and charitable involvement and exceptional leasing efforts.
