People: Dave Peterson named 'Broker of the Quarter'

Basin Street Properties announced Keegan & Coppin’s executive vice president, Dave Peterson, has been named Broker of the Quarter for Q1 2024.

Peterson joined Keegan & Coppin Co., in 2003. He specializes in office and industrial leasing, owner/user purchases and real estate investments.

Peterson has been involved in some of the most notable transactions in the North Bay since joining Keegan & Coppin. He consistently ranks as one of the top producers, which led him to being named as a partner of the firm in 2010, senior partner in 2021and executive vice president in 2023.

He is currently on the board of Montgomery High School Boosters.
