NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PETITION
In the Matter of the Estate of JERRY M. HENRICKS, Deceased.
Notice is hereby given that Edward F. Madigan has filed in this Court a petition for probate, issuance of letters testamentary in this case, and a hearing has been set for June 5, 2024, at 1:00 pm Pacific, in the Probate Court, Washoe County Courthouse, Reno Nevada. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only. Any person who wishes to be heard on this matter shall obtain the public dial-in number and Meeting ID by visiting https://washoecourts. com/probate, or by calling (775) 328-3100 at least two days in advance of the hearing. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear at the hearing unless you wish to object.
